Gita Nagari Farm – Part 1

Last weekend Arnika and I participated on Radhanath Swami’s retreat at the Going to Gita Nagari Farm, in Pennsylvania. As always, a very uplifting experience. But this time we had the added bonus of meeting some of our dear friends from Houston too. We had an amazing time and are certainly looking forward returning on the following years.

We drove there after work on Friday night, and ended up arriving almost 3am at the hotel. So we missed a bit the action in the morning, but by 10:30am we were at the farm. The farm is surrounded by other farms and an amish community too, very nice landscape:

Radhanath’s lecture was incredible as always. The day continued with different activities which, luckily for us, included hanging out with our friends that we missed so much.

Here are some of the pictures of the farm on Sunday morning, around 5:30am:

I’ll post next some pictures of the retreat and the farm during Saturday and Sunday during the day.
