At a very traditional southern Indian restaurant with only vegetarian dishes in their menu. Very good, and a bit unfamiliar.

Indian arrowheads

Wet found these rocks that look like arrowheads. Given that fact we know native Americans used to live where the ranch is today, chances are these are Indian artifacts.

Ratha Yatra NYC – 2014 – Part 1

This is an Indian festival known as the Festival of Chariots. Every year devotees gather in major cities around to help pull the Chariots carrying deities. This year Arnika and I visited the festival in NYC, at the Washington Square Park.

We got there after the chariots had already been pulled, but we still had a good time and enjoyed some delicious lunch. Here are some of the pictures I took of the festival.

ISKCON of Houston – Grand Temple Opening – Part 1

This past weekend Arnika and I visited Houston for the ISKCON’s new temple opening. We had an amazing time with our friends, eat good food and enjoyed the festivities.
